Snatch grip Rack Push Press into OHS

(Directions..Power Clean the weight up then do a push press to get the bar over your head and onto your back.  Widen your grip to Snatch width, dip and drive into a push press then do 1 over head squat.  Add weight after each set of 5).

OH Lunges
10-9-87-6-5-4-3-2-1 rounds
