Monday 6/9

Every 4 min for 6 rounds:

A1. Clean grip deadlift @21X0; 4-6 reps

A2. db push press; 12 reps tough

8 russian kb swings

100m run

300m row

rest 2 min

p1-p8

p1 – row 20 sec max effort

p2-p8 all row 5 sets each

(rest time as if there were 10 going, no matter group size)
