Jess did his first muscle up a couple of weeks ago. And just last week did 24 during the 12 days of Crossfit WOD. Nice job man, Keep up the hard work!

At Crossfit Creek, we live and breath the believe that community and friendships are central to maximizing the intensity and effectiveness of our fitness efforts. But what about in life outside the gym?

Do you have really good friends? FriendFit?

Are your friends egging you on?

Do they spread the word about what your about?

Do they respectfully challenge your deeply held beliefs?

Do they expect the best of you?

If not, maybe you need some new friends.
