New Year…New You

Some of you might know Jeff from the 6am class. Others of you might know Jeff from the amazing meals his company Belly Fire Catering has provided for various events we’ve hosted.

Recently, CCF client Jeff Blumer took on the sizeable challenge of completing a 50 day paleo challenge all on his own. He completed day 30 on Christmas Day and to date has 0 cheats and is down 8 pounds! With 2 months to go, he reports his cravings are gone and he has no plans to break his current diet prior to the end of his 50 days.

Jeff is upping his game even further by enrolling in our “I am CrossFit” challenge, which is set to begin in January. Not only will Jeff and other participants be challenged to revamp or maintain nutritional standards, they will participate in “homework wods”, group workouts, and one-on-one time with a trainer. The best part about the IACF challenge is that you receive the support of a group while benefiting from training and programming built around your individual goals. Oly Lifting Clinic

Spots are filling up for tomorrow night’s Oly lifting clinic with Jackie Berube. Please email Mitch at mlyons@centervillecrossfit.com to enroll. The clinic will begin at 5:30, and there will be no 5:30 class tomorrow evening. Those who normally come at this time may take the clinic or participate in the 4:30 or 6:30 class. The $15 fee should be paid when you arrive!
