Even though she’s expecting in April, Becky continues to be a beast in the gym. Check out her blog to see how, although her style of training is changing, she’s still setting goals and has a clear plan of action. Let the Games Begin!


It’s time! The first WOD of the 2012 CF Open will be released this week. You have until Wednesday to get registered. Remember: we want ALL of our members to be signed up; we will scale workouts as necessary and make sure it’s a great experience for all. Our first Games WOD will be this Friday at 6:00. There will be heat sign-ups at the gym, and after the final heat we will be cooking out. Plan on this same format each Friday for the next 5 weeks. If you are worried about missing a Friday, don’t worry…just do what you can!
