Nutrition Seminar-“What is good nutrition?”
Thursday November 2 at 6:30 pm. This seminar is free to anyone (member or nonmember).
Whether you want to gain muscle, lose fat, pursue a healthy lifestyle or even compete at a high level the most important limiting factor is always nutrition. Poor nutrition is what is holding you back. Good nutrition is what propels you forward. Good nutrition feeds muscle and helps shed fat. It improves recovery and mood, so you can exercise harder, longer, and more frequently. Good nutrition will get you the body you though you never could have.
