Oct. 7-16, 2014: Free Two Week Trial

Regardless of a person’s past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who first comes to Centerville CrossFit is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques, terminology, pre-workout warm ups and exercises before participating in regular Centerville CrossFit classes. Taught by head trainer, Mitch Lyons, these classes meet Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30 pm for two consecutive weeks, for free.

Two Week Free Trial classes are kept to very small sizes to ensure one-on-one attention. As you work through the four consecutive sessions you and your fellow newcomers will learn about the correct form for basic, functional CrossFit movements, and slowly work up to increase your level of intensity. Two Week Free Trial is the perfect place to ask questions and make some new friends before transitioning into our regular classes. Attendance and participation is mandatory.
