Paleo Food Swap!

A food swap is an event where members of our community can share homemade Paleo foods with each other.

The event includes a potluck as a way to taste the foods and talk with others about recipes & food preparation methods. The best part is that by participating you will go home with 5 new meals to have throughout the week!

WHEN?

Sunday, November 4th at 2pm WHERE? Centerville CrossFit

WHY?

To share recipes & help each other get creative in the kitchen so we can reach our goals in the gym.

HOW?

First, pick a Paleo meal you have made before and love. (This might not be the best time to try something new to what you know tastes good reheated). Prepare 1 serving that is ready to taste at the swap and 5 servings that are packaged to go home with other swappers. Please write down the recipe (including all ingredients) and the reheating instructions then bring copies to include with your dish. Extra copies of the recipe are great too as there may be people interested in your dish that do not get to take it home!

Free Community Workout
