The elbow plank at first glance looks very easy… But after a couple minutes people change their minds.  Jeremiah has been with us for a couple months.  But has just recently gotten serious.  He didn't just make it in 3 times last week.  He made it 5! Great Job, with consistency like this you will make your goals in no time.
