  3. I don’t know about anyone else but that was exciting to see everyone hitting PR’s (even if it was mental). I apologize for this but can anyone remind me who I was deadlifting with last night? I promise i’ll remember your name from here on out brother! Very impressive last night, keep up the hard work everybody!

    I went from 255 lbs to 295 lbs last night in 4 or 5 weeks. I feel like I have been hit by a ford fiesta.
