Congrats to Ken, one of our newer members, who has already earned a spot in the “muscle up club”. Ken makes this difficult skill look pretty easy. Nice job, Ken!


The next Games WOD will be out tonight. Any guesses what’s in store for this final event? Regardless, CCF wants to celebrate the achievements of all of our Games participants this Friday by enjoying a dinner provided by BellyFire Catering after the final heat. Client and Games participant Jeff Blumer always does a great job of preparing these meals, so we’re looking forward to it!


Free Community Workout


Community wod is Saturday, April 7 at 10:00 am. This workout is open to anyone interested in trying a CrossFit workout, and after attending you will receive a voucher for a Free Elements package or 2 free weeks of Boot Camp. We limit registration to the first 25 RSVPs, and we’ve been full the last several months, so please email Meghan at meghan@centervillecrossfit.com ASAP to reserve your spot. If you’ve attended a community workout before, we welcome you to return!

2012 CrossFit Games Open Workout 12.5

As with previous weeks, we will go over standards at Friday 5:45 and the first heat will begin at 6:00. If you are a member of CCF and signed up for our team, Becky will place you in a heat.
