Free Community Workout

Community Workout is Saturday, April 7 at 10:00 am. This workout is open to anyone interested in trying a CrossFit workout, and after attending you will receive a voucher for a Free Elements package or 2 free weeks of Boot Camp. We limit registration to the first 25 RSVPs, and we’ve been full the last several months, so please email Meghan at meghan@centervillecrossfit.com ASAP to reserve your spot. If you’ve attended a community workout before, we welcome you to return!

 

2012 CrossFit Games Open Workout 12.5

As with previous weeks, we will go over standards at Friday 5:45 and the first heat will begin at 6:00. If you are a member of CCF and signed up for our team, Becky will place you in a heat. If you can’t make it and need to attend Sunday at 1:00, or if you’re from another box and would like to join us, please email her at brogers018@gmail.com ASAP!
