Free Community Workout

Our next free community workout is Saturday, November 3rd at 10:00 am and is open to anyone who wants to learn more about Centerville CrossFit. As always, we welcome repeat visitors, and we recommend you RSVP as soon as possible, as our last 11 events have sold out. Friday Night Lights

Friday November 2nd at 6:00 pm we will be having our “Friday Night Lights” workout for our current members. Everyone is welcome to join us for a workout designed to replicate the feel of the Games Open. Come enjoy the WOD and cheer on your fellow CrossFitters.

 

Paleo Food Swap!

Sunday, November 4th at 2pm

A food swap is an event where members of our community can share homemade Paleo foods with each other.

The event includes a potluck as a way to taste the foods and talk with others about recipes & food preparation methods. The best part is that by participating you will go home with 5 new meals to have throughout the week!

First, pick a Paleo meal you have made before and love. (This might not be the best time to try something new to what you know tastes good reheated). Prepare 1 serving that is ready to taste at the swap and 5 servings that are packaged to go home with other swappers. Please write down the recipe (including all ingredients) and the reheating instructions then bring copies to include with your dish. Extra copies of the recipe are great too as there may be people interested in your dish that do not get to take it home

Everyone is welcome as long as you fill out the form ( you can pick it up at the gym)  & give it to your trainer by Friday, November 2nd, 2012. Please email questions to Aimee.Hartke@yahoo.com
