We have a lot of exciting things going on at CCF right now. A few reminders for everyone:

CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids starts back up this Saturday at 1:00 pm. There is a $5 fee per class, and you must email Becky by Wednesday with your child’s name and age if you wish for him/her to attend. This is a great opportunity to get the kids up and moving during the cold winter months, and more importantly, a great way to introduce them to the CrossFit principles through fun games and activities. Nutrition Seminar

Our “I Am CrossFit” challenge participants will have their first opportunity to take the nutrition seminar this Wednesday at 7:00. Mitch will be discussing macronutrients and answering any questions you have about the diet so far.


There will be no yoga this Saturday; however, please remember that we are offering Power Yoga with Justine all other Saturdays at 11:15 am. Those of us who have taken it can tell you that not only is this is a workout in and of itself, having a yoga instructor who also CrossFits is a blessing. Let Justine use her knowledge of some of movements and trouble areas to help you work out the soreness and increase your range of motion! There is a $10 drop in fee for each yoga class.

Living Social

Anyone who purchased the Living Social Boot Camp promotional package may email Meghan atmeghan@centervillecrossfit.com to set up your first class. We look forward to welcoming you to Centerville CrossFit!
