Trying a Reverse double under without ever trying a reverse single isn’t such a good idea!  But just so all of you know, I did do it…but my forehead hurt did for a while!

  3. I’ll be in to do Tuesday’s WOD 1st, and then tonight’s probably blue so I can work on form. Until I master the clean appropriately, I’m not going to commit to sets of 1’s.
