 Jay started at the gym only a short time ago and is already upping his game to red and mutant!!  Look at out everyone he's going to be a tough competitor!

 On a side note those of you doing the paleo challenge do not forget to keep track of your food and wods in your journals.  This is very important!

Tuesday WOD

1 Rep Max Back Squat

Start off light and then as you increase weight, decrease the number reps until you can't go any higher. 

Then Run…

3 mi. • 2 mi. • 1 mi .

Be sure to bring a bottle of water with you and make sure you are properly hydrated before you come to the gym.  Hats and Sunglasses would be a wise choice. 

Use foam rollers
