Mike shows his fine body extension. Some of you may not know, but Mike is also using his training skills at the new CrossFit on the WPAFB. Our team has been involved in helping to get their program started and even designing and construction their chinning rig. Even when building the community away from our gym, Mike considers CrossFitCreek his true CrossFit home.
