Community Workout

This Saturday, November 5 we will be hosting our free monthly community workout. The community workout will be held at 10:00 am and take the place of our normal Saturday workout. In order to participate, current clients must bring a friend. If you’ve already been to one, please feel free to join us again! Thursday WOD

Work up to a tough 1RM in the split jerk

(15 min. time limit)


4 minutes of double unders

3 minutes of lunges

2 minutes of sit-ups

1 minutes of box jumps

*score is the total number of reps you did
