Our members learn pretty quickly that a quality diet is essential in assisting their performance in the gym, as well as helping them achieve the body composition they desire. Eventually, the health benefits of clean eating speak for themselves, and it’s common to want to get the rest of the family on board. That being said, for those responsible for feeding others in the household, it can be tricky business to get the entire family to give up old, not so healthy favorites.

 

In this article, the author suggests ways to make the transition from the standard American diet towards a Paleo way of eating. Even if you aren’t interested in making the entire family follow strict Paleo, there are some great tips for getting everyone healthier in general.

 

Along those lines, don’t forget that Jeff from Bellyfire Catering is bringing in Paleo meals each week. For a flat fee, you receive 7 meals, which can be portioned for individuals or families. Meal deliveries are each Wednesday, and you should let Jeff know Monday at 8 pm each week if you’d like to be included.
