Strength-Quest Powerlifting Meet

Centerville CrossFit is excited to announce we will be hosting a powerlifting meet on Saturday, October 22 at 11:00 am. This meet is open to everyone, and is a great way to test your strength in a fun, competitive environment. The entry fee is $30.00 for our members, and $40 for non-members. We want to see as many of our clients there as possible, whether as a participant or to cheer on your fellow CrossFitters. Community Workout

Centerville CrossFit’s next FREE community workout will be October 1 at 10am.  This is a new time for the Community Workout.  Now is a great time to come try a FREE CrossFit workout! If you plan to attend please email Mitch at mlyons@centervillecrossfit.com to reserve your spot.

*Current Clients- There will only be the Community Workout on October 1st.  So if you plan to workout that Saturday you must bring a Friend! 🙂
