Andrew and Stephanie are newlyweds who have been part of the CCF family since last August. Everyone who knows them knows the impact they have on the gym, both in terms of their positive spirits and their film production through their company, Indigo Life Media. Both Andrew and Stephanie have made huge strides since joining us, and below they share their experience thus far.


*What positive physical results have you seen since joining CCF?

Andrew- I have seen a lot of physical results. I’ve lost over 25 lbs, building muscle I never thought existed, and my face looks 10 years younger/skinnier. I look better than I did in High School where I was very athletic in sports, martial arts and break dancing. I’ve also healed an injured ankle.

Stephanie-I lost 20 lbs that I didn’t even realize I needed to lose until I looked at pictures pre Crossfit, specifically my face & legs. I have developed toned arms and more definition in my abs.


*What other areas of your life have been positively impacted by working out with us?

Our everyday life has been impacted dramatically. We are more driven and outgoing with what we do. We definitely are believers that “a healthy body is a healthy mind”, and with a healthy mind anything is possible:) Our relationship/marriage with one another is stronger and more vibrant. Those that crossfit together, stay together right? Our nutrition is the best it has ever been and we are having fun experimenting with different foods, diets etc. We have learned the importance of fitness and nutrition in regards to how our bodies function. Finally, we have made new friends that we know will last a life time.


*What advice do you have for others considering CF, particularly those who might be hesitant to try it?

You just have to take the first step! Go check out a community workout and meet the trainers and the awesome people at the box. We guarantee when you ask a fellow Crossfitter anything about Crossfit, a smile will never leave their face. Don’t come to a Crossfit box thinking you’re going to do some reps, hit a few minutes of cardio and climb a cool rope. Come to a Crossfit box KNOWING you are about to change your life and be a better , stronger YOU! This is a way of living, not a daily routine.
