At Crossfit Creek we always stretch as a team, and also work out as a team.  We work as a team to increase intensity! Just one of the many advantages of training at Crossfit Creek.  Honestly who would work out as hard as we do alone?  

Tabata Wednesday WOD

Push-up
Sit-up
Squats

20 sec. work / 10 sec rest, 8 rounds of each.  Record lowest rep per element, record total.  We will give you a score card to keep track of your reps per round.

Cool Down 

Turkish Get up  10 • 10 • 10 reps… you can do more if you want
