Our January Community Workout was a huge success! Thanks again to everyone who came out and participated in a challenging WOD of 3 different stations; after some quality time with pull-ups, kettlebells, burpees, sit-ups, box jumps, wall balls, and sprints, we hope you got a little taste of what CrossFit is like! Remember, if you attended on Saturday, we encourage you to take advantage of one of the following options:

*If you are interested in our Boot Camp programming, email Meghan at meghan@centervillecrossfit.com and take the next two weeks for free. You may attend classes Monday-Thursday at 6:00 pm or Saturday at 9:00 am.

*If you are interested in our regular CrossFit programming, email Mitch at mitch@centervillecrossfit.com to enroll in our free, Community Members Only Elements courses. This is a necessary component for signing up for CrossFit, and typically costs $150. The group will meet on Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 pm for the next two weeks to learn more about the skills we implement during our normal workouts.

There is no further obligation after redeeming either of the above, but we hope that after doing so you will be inspired to take your fitness and health to the highest level by joining our CCF family!

I Am CrossFit

Reminder: There will be a meeting tonight at 7:30 pm for everyone enrolled in I Am CrossFit. This meeting is very important, as we will be going over the calendar, discussing expectations, getting measurements and before pictures, and setting up future dates with your assigned coach. Please email Meghan at meghan@centervillecrossfit.com if you can’t attend so that we may make other arrangements to cover the above!
