Thank you so much to everyone who came out to our February Community Workout! As you can see, we had a packed house! We appreciate all of our current clients who brought and worked out alongside friends, and look forward to welcoming our guests to the 2 week free Elements or Boot Camp classes. Our next free workout will be Saturday, March 3 at 10:00 am!

New Boot Camp Times

Beginning this week, our Boot Camp classes will be as follows:

Monday and Wednesday: 9:30 am and 6:00 pm

Tuesday and Thursday:   7:00 pm

Saturday: 9:00 am

Register now for the CrossFit Open! We have big plans to make each of the 5 workouts a fun, community event.  We will scale exercises as necessary, so no excuses! Our goal is to have the entire gym participate! To register, go here.
