Last Wednesday our Eat Clean, Get Lean Challenge group met for a Strongman WOD followed by a catered dinner. After 35 minutes of tire flips, deadlifts, farmers walks, sandbag carries, prowler pushes, and lots and lots of burpees (thanks, Mitch!), our crew worked up quite an appetite. Luckily, CCF member Jeff Blumer, owner of Bellyfire Catering in Dayton, prepared an amazing, Paleo compliant meal that we all enjoyed immensely. Also, a big congratulations to all of our challenge participants, who are less than two weeks shy of 50 days of clean eating. Your progress is amazing and we can’t wait to share the final results!

**goal is unbroken reps in each rung, i.e. 8 unbroken, drop, 9 unbroken, drop, 10 unbroken, BUT this is also for time
