Allison finds time to pose for a picture during her workout.  It's about a week late, but I wanted to thank the 4 people that kept things running while I was gone. 

Becky, Kelly, Allison, and James… Thank you guys!  That is what crossfit is all about, community!  When people need help it is amazing to see that you guys can step up and keep things rolling. We could not have done it with out all of you.
