Thanksgiving Day WOD

Nice work to everyone who made it in for our Thanksgiving wod, which was no joke. All of the participants earned their turkey by completing 5 rounds of the Disposable Heroes WOD:
400 m run
40 m lunges (w/OH plate carry, 25/45)
25 K2E (5 burpee penalty each time you came off the bar)
25 (hand release) push-ups
25 burpees (burpee pull-ups)
We also had several clients who competed and did well in area Turkey Trots. Congrats to everyone who made fitness a priority on a holiday! As a reminder, we will only have one workout (10 am) on Friday, and we are closed on Saturday.
