Thanksgiving Recipes

Our Eat Clean, Get Lean crew will be wrapping up their 50 day Paleo challenge on Wednesday, just in time to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner. We want everyone to relax and partake in all their favorite dishes, but realize many people still want to have some healthier options to balance out the not so healthy fare.  Here are some resources for anyone who would like to share a Paleo/low carb recipe with family and friends on Turkey Day.




As a reminder, we will only have one workout on Thanksgiving. All clients are welcome to join us at 10:00 am for a very special WOD! Come on out and earn your turkey!
