Crossfit will showcase your strengths and exploit your weaknesses.  Phil is a work horse in the gym and in he office, but he has a known nemesis as you can see from this intense action shot…on that note, Phil, why don't you share with the whole class how you really feel about double unders.

Also don't forget that we will not be having a 6:30 or 7:30 class this evening due to the St Patricks day gathering we will be having. The party will be starting at 6 and we will be having "party wod" but you will not be required to participate if you are only coming for the food and good company.  Please bring a side dish to share and beverages if you wish.  Come hangout and enjoy good time and company!!!

Back Squat 3×5

Start at 65% 1RM, record heaviest set of 5

Then…

"Death by Burpees"

1 burpee the first min…

2 Burpees the second min… etc.

Record your highest complete round plus your change. ex. 15min+6

  1. Phil somehow manages to be both funny (at least during warmups) and intense during WODs. He’s an inspiration!

  2. Mitch, you’ve got a few extra letters in there. Beer is b-e-e-r, not burpee. Besides you don’t want to jump up and down after drinking multiple beers on the minute.
