All the time we scream and scream "get your chest up" "back tight" "Don't round your back"! For some of you its simply a mobility issue. No matter what you do its impossible to get your back flat.  Well this is for you.  Raise the bar up so you can get that good position.  But if you do this, be prepared for some heavy mobility work after the WOD.  This is not something we want to see you doing for too long.
