Double unders can be one of the most frustrating CF elements for a lot of people; after all, jumping rope was second nature when we were kids. However, becoming efficient at DUs takes quite a bit of work for many, and the middle of the WOD isn’t an appropriate time to learn. If you are trying to improve your 1 RM on a lift, there are a multitude of things we can prescribe to get you there; unfortunately, with double unders, you only get better by doing double unders.
