Congrats to Mel, who PR’d Grace on Monday with Rxd weight!


Our Tuesday/Thursday 5:30 pm class is now at capacity and closed. So that we have adequate equipment and can safely house everyone, please avoid attending this class unless it is the one for which you are enrolled. Also, many of you have probably noticed the athletes we have working off to the side of our regular classes. These clients are either enrolled in our 5 day a week class or are doing individual workouts designed by one of our trainers. Please DO NOT drop in to do your own lifting/training unless you are part of one of these programs. Again, with our growing numbers we are ensuring we have enough equipment and space, as well as a safe environment for everyone enrolled in our programs. Thank you for understanding!

We have an impressive number already signed up for our Saturday CrossFit Games event, but there’s still room for more! Add your name to the list if you’d still like to get in on the action. Your $10 fee can be paid the day of, and participants should expect to arrive early enough to go over standards and the 3 workouts by 8:00 am. We welcome spectators, so if you aren’t participating, come on out and support your fellow athletes!
