**If your going heavy on the deadlifts take a few minutes to work up to your 75% 1 RM weight, do not go into it without warmup sets!

  1. Those “Ropes” are sick nasty each one weighs about 100 lbs just FYI in case you decide to wrestle them… or get wrestled by them.
