Hey everyone!! The day has finally come….WE ARE MOVING!!!! When you show up to the gym today you will notice it is almost empty.  We want to thank all of you for your patience with us through this hectic time.  Due to our move and our equipment being scattered, today will be handled a little differently.  Classes will be held as usual but, after the workout, we would appreciate every helping hand we can get through out the day.  Even if you are not signed up for Tuesday workouts please come in and help us move so we can better accommodate you!!  We actually have a lot moved already but a little help goes a long way.  Thanks again everyone!!!

"Tabata"

Squats

"Tabata" is 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest, 8 rounds each exercise for a total of 12 minutes of work.
