Our September community workout will be September 8 at 10:00 am. Please email Meghan at meghan@centervillecrossfit.com to hold a spot.

Also, in observance of Labor Day weekend, we will have normal hours on Saturday, but will have one workout at  10 am on Monday.



Pull up skill work:

3 sets of negatives – 3 seconds to lower, 5 reps/set; rest 2 min between

***if negatives are easy, add weight

AMRAP 12 minutes

5 deadlifts

15 push ups

30 DUs
