We Want Your Ideas!

As we enter into the final month of 2011, we are beginning to think of how to make Centerville CrossFit even better in 2012.  Some ideas we are considering:


*clinics-specific times to work on skills such as pull-ups, handstand push-ups, and double unders, or to get some technical work in with Olympic lifts

*nutrition seminars/workshops-regular times to meet and share information and advice on Paleo, Zone, etc

*challenges and events such as continuing and improving the Eat Lean, Get Clean event, I Am CrossFit, etc.


So give us your feedback…what would you like to see implemented in 2012? Feedback on any of the above or new ideas would be appreciated. It’s our goal to make your experience with us as valuable as possible.

Community Workout:

This Saturday, December 3 we will have our Community Workout at 10:00 am. This will be the only workout of the day, and you must bring a guest in order to participate. To reserve a spot, please email Meghan at meghanphilpot77@yahoo.com
