Weekend Wrap-Up

It was a big weekend at CCF! On Friday, we had our second Open WOD, and so many of our members posted outstanding scores. Special recognition this week goes to Kirby, one of our newest clients who completed an impressive 71 reps!

On Saturday, we welcomed another great group to our monthly community workout. These first timers were put through a tough 8 minute AMRAP, and we are excited that the majority will be taking advantage of either the free elements classes or 2 free weeks of boot camp classes we provide to all of our community workout guests each month. We can’t wait to share more of what we have to offer with everyone!


Reminder: We now have a regular 10:00 am class on M-W-F. Our March boot camp times are: M/W-6:00 pm, T/Th-7:00 pm, and Saturday at 9:00 am.
