Whole Life Challenge: Benchmark Workout and Measurements

We will be kicking off the Whole Life Challenge this Saturday, February 16th at noon with the WLC benchmark workout and initial measurements. We encourage everyone who is registered to head out to the gym and be ready to warm up by 12 o’clock. If you can’t make it, email Becky (brogers018@gmail.com) to set up another time to make up the workout and measurements. The baseline workout will be under 15 minutes, and we will be taking two circumference sites: waist and hip. Your scores will need to be entered into the website in order for us to validate them, so you’ll need to bring something with you to record everything.
