The start of the Whole Life Challenge is just around the corner! Join the Centerville Crossfit team and make a commitment to changing your diet and lifestyle for the better. We have a variety of activities planned throughout the 8 week challenge, plus prizes will be awarded at the conclusion.

Benefits of registering include:
– comprehensive diet and lifestyle tracking via our gym’s website
– benchmark workout and measurements taken at the start and finish
– special events every 2 weeks such as a how-to seminar on weekly food prep and a Paleo meal swap
– weekly mini challenges and workouts
– daily blog advice to help you stay on track
– all participants will receive one extra class per week added to their membership for the duration of the challenge
