Tim takes a load off after a wod, letting gravity do it's thing, helping relax and settle his hips and lower back into alignment while Mitch passes on words of wisdom dealing with Crossfit and Paleo.  The knowledge seems to be endless when it comes to what we do every day at the gym. Take advantage of the opportunities to talk to a trainer and don't be afraid to ask questions.
