Come try a FREE Intro class to see what all the hype is about. CCF is confident that once you step inside our facility, meet our staff, and try a class, your whole outlook on what a gym should be like will change. Try a CCF workout with no commitment to join.

Step Two
Elements Classes
The Elements program includes four sessions to introduce beginners to CrossFit. This one-on-one class provides you with extra attention and is designed to give you exposure to all of the movements we do in class. Once you complete your four sessions, you can move into the All Levels.

Step Three
All Levels Classes
Reach your fitness goals from beginner to seasoned CrossFit Athlete with our small class sizes and personalized coaching. Each hour-long workout includes a mix of elements: bodyweight movements, weight training, and conditioning.

Nutrition
The Nutrition Program is designed for anyone looking to improve their eating habits and live a healthier lifestyle. Maybe you’ve been struggling to lose a few pounds, looking to get leaner, or you need some help setting some goals and sticking to them. No matter what your goal is, we are here to help!

Our Facilities
Located near I-675, our newly upgraded facility features climbing ropes, 12 lifting platforms, three 24’ foot ROGUE rigs, 50+ Rogue barbells, 10 Assault bikes, 20 Concept 2 rowers, and 10,000 square feet of training space making us Dayton’s hottest fitness complex. You’ll love training in our facility, but you’ll also love our convenient waiting area and swanky new lockers, dedicated mobility zone, modern restrooms and change rooms to freshen up post workout.
