I am a…
Energetic, Ambitious, cooperative and highly organized. I like to keep a positive
attitude always. Hard work does not bother me. I actually like it.
Travelling, Hiking and cooking.
Smoking and I am in process of quitting.
This has changed a lot over this past six months. Now I am conscious about food what I
am eating and I am trying to keep it as balanced as I can.

I am a software developer and I absolutely love it. Hobbies reading books and playing
What brought you to Centerville CrossFit and CrossFit in
My friend (Sai Krishna) introduced me to Centerville CrossFit. I started working with
Coach Karina (I irritate her most by not listening to her LOL) and Jason, they are great
and they motivated me all the times during workout. My special thanks to Karina for
encouraging me to participate in CrossFit open, which is so much fun and it, gave me
so much confidence and self-esteem.
What goals have you achieved? What are your new ones?
I am not sure what I have achieved, but I am happy and hope to continue to be happy
and peace at whatever I am doing. #WorldPeace
What is your favorite movement?
I love pull-ups, power cleans, deadlifts and rope climbing.
What is your least favorite movement?
Straight away Assault Bike there is no other question.

Do you have any advice to new members or someone thinking
YES! Keep working hard it is not about perfection, it is all about progress.
What do you love about Centerville CrossFit?
I like everything here especially people here are so amazing, encouraging and friendly.
Spending one hour in CrossFit is worth it for a better life.
