What brought you to Centerville CrossFit and CrossFit in general?
I found CrossFit in college and fell in love instantly. The summer of 2014, I moved to Dayton, Ohio for physical therapy school at the University of Dayton. I immediately started looking for Crossfit gyms and CCF was by far the best gym in the area. Soon after I met my husband Wes, started getting coached by Mitch, and the rest is history!

Getting my Doctorate and qualifying to the Crossfit games. My current goals are to continue pursing my career in Crossfit as long as I still love it and I continue to improve, and once that is over I want to start a family with my husband.
