A New Me
This class is for those individuals who have been battling with weight their entire life! Working out and eating well is a struggle because it hasn’t been a priority or a part of your life! That’s okay and it’s not your fault- We’re here to guide you on the right track! Losing weight and developing better health markers are all bi-products of having a healthy lifestyle! “A NEW ME” is a program designed to introduce habits that will change your life forever! Our goal is to educate, inspire, and connect you with others who understand the struggle but are here for support and to be your biggest fan!
We meet at 7am SHARP Monday, Wednesday, and Friday! We begin every session talking about how things are going! Having a community that is working on similar habits and working out hard together is extremely successful! All you need to do is SHOW UP!
Again, this isn’t for the average person!
- Have a BMI of 35 (or around that number)
- Need to drop weight due to health issues.
- Are completely lost in Nutrition and knowing what’s the right food for you!
- Have never or it’s been years since you’ve worked out.
- Feel intimidated in gyms.
