If you’re looking at this page you’re most likely looking to drop weight or even gain weight! I have some good news! We often just look at food being the problem! There’s a bigger picture that most neglect! Sleep, stress level, and the type of activity you’re doing or not doing along with so many other factors can play a role in weight loss or gain!
Having someone outside looking in at your life helps pinpoint what’s really going on! I’m no Doctor or Registered Dietitian but experience has given me an advantage to help guide you to feel and look your best! You’re hiring me to organize your 10,000 piece puzzle! We’re all unique snowflakes! Your body needs some individual guidance! That’s where I come in!
What you’ll get with my guidance:
- 1x a month a face to face half hour meeting: measurements and goals are set during these meetings. (monday/wednesdays)
- monday/wednesday/friday phone calls (about 30min) Due to my schedule: no phone calls past 5pm! Each client is working on different tasks/habits so staying connected is important so we can see what is and want isn’t working!
I’m not interested in just giving people macros! Nutrition/health is beyond that! You can calculate your own macros by just googling it! It’s just some simple numbers! I’m looking for individuals looking to attack nutrition and health differently! Focusing on healthy habits will create that weight gain, loss, or just better health in general!
My certification is through Precision Nutrition! I’ll use their guidance with my experience to provide a service that is worth the cost! Health and Nutrition is tricky so at any time I feel stuck or I think some medical advice needs to be involved, I’ll be honest and communicate that with you! I’m here to attack this mystery many of you have been frustrated with!
Because this is tricky and takes time I am requiring a 6-month commitment with you! After that 6 months, we can continue month to month until you feel comfortable being on your own! My goal is for you to be educated and comfortable leaving me! Life without worrying about body weight, asking yourself is this food good for me or not?! , or even being stressed with the mystery of your nutrition is BLISSFUL!
