    Individual: 4 Sessions (1 hour each) with a Coach

Individual & Class

For people who are new to crossfit. We offer an on going 4x's a week group class, here everyone is a beginner or individual personalized sessions with a CCF Coach, both covering foundational CrossFit movements, including Olympic lifting.
